Sims who mock other sims

I think it would be funny if sims would mock other sims behind their backs to make others laugh or to show that they are angry with the sim they are mocking......lol!

That sounds alot like the Peeping Tom sim, known usually as the papparazzi. I always hated my Sim getting the embarrased moodlet , especially when they were in their own Home.
