the battle of the heirs

You need to start with two siblings in any house.
They can have any traits but they both must provide a source of income.
They must get married to anyone they want.
They can have any number of kids.
They must be respected by the community or they do not qualify.

they must always dress smart even when toddlers
children must go to bordering school
teenagers can go to community school or bordering
- if teenagers stay at home they must do at least 1 after school activity
heir's can not be adopted
teenagers are expected to have 1 boyfriend
the heir must live with other people from their family


Whose child becomes the heir ???

each skill level = 1 point
each job level = 1 point
(e.g art lv.6 writing lv.3 career military lv.10 = 19 points for the sim )
parent was a heir = 5 points

if the sims with the most points has more than one child, the child the the most potential becomes the next heir


(extra)
its up to you if you do this or not

the heir has a bigger bedroom
their is certain parts of the house were only the heir, their spouse and the children can enter

and anything else which shows that the heir is superior.
