Golden Sunrise Apartments is great. It is great the way you used a real estate agent to tell us and show us the features of your nice build. Great designing of the build, both the exterior design and the interior layout . The outdoor community pool area looks a nice place to relax. The way you have placed the trees looks great. Great shape of the pool, and it looks good how you have the water fountain going into the pool. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors in the air and sunlight. Great to relax on the loungers there. Very nice furnishing of the interior. Nice shades of colours you have used. It is great that you have 2 guest bedrooms as well as the master bedrooms. The walk in closet looks great. It is great that you have included a lift in your build for sims to use. Nice design of the kitchen. It looks nice how you have used the stained glass windows and have the fruit/flower bowl on the counter. Great way you have set up the dining counter area. It is nice shades of pink and white you have used in this area. The living room looks a great to sit on the comfortable sofa seats and relax with the fireplace nearby to keep sims warm. The pictures that you have placed on the walls look great. Nice patterns you have used for the beds and curtains in the bedrooms. Sims will enjoy having fun dancing and playing table tennis in the entertainment area. It looks a great place to hold a party.
It is a great home for our sims to live in!

Beautiful penthouse! Lovely interiors. Looks so spacious! I just love that pool area. Wouldn't mind living there myself. Recommended. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
