How would I create the landscape for this world?

As you can see I have no idea how to set this up! So if anyone can help, thank you!!!

I don't know about the bridge and tunnels, but I'd suggest you check out Dragon Valley for some ideas. In fact, just look at the background of this website! :D

The gravity defying cliffs.....nothing you can do about them.
The suspension bridge going into cliff likewise :(
    Everything else is quite possible.
If you scale your world by the town that will probably work best.
Definitely need to use a distant terrain(or 2)
It's easier to hide the edges if DT it's place relatively early in your build.
Since the canyon is so deep, you'll have to put some thought into how to orient your map. Sunrise & sunset
The waterfall FX won't be able to span the same height as your picture, but with some careful emitter placement you can get close :)
Not a lot of routable terrain in those mountains
DV or WA Shang Simla terrain textures would probably work well. Terrain links in CAW FAQ
    Have fun building :)
This would be a better reference picture for scale :)

Dragon Valley DT can be found in Dragon Valley world file
I don't know if this DT has been extracted yet.
You should check out Mod the Sims CAW forum.
They have the DTs for most of the EA worlds.

With lots and lots of custom content. Most of which you will have to make on your own.

You probably will need to make your own custom distant terrain.

    Mt+Rainey+from+Downtown.jpg

You can make the floating cliffs as an object. However, your sims will not be able to walk on top. It is purely deco. (If you can crack this one, let me know).

A non functional suspension bridge can be made and placed anywhere you want. He is a deco golden gate bridge I made:

Tunnels can be made as well. The catch is, your sims will not be able to walk over them. I have also made tunnels in my world:

Then for your downtown area, you will need to make some of your own custom buildings, something like this:

    3+Store+Front+in+game.jpg

or you can even redo rabbitholes, like this varitation on the diner:

    McDonalds+WIP+1.jpg

I would note that this is not exactly a beginners project. You need to be fairly comfortable with object creation. It's not all that hard and the learning curve is not as steep as fiddling with CAW.

It will also take a lot of time and effort. And no, I don't take requests.
