Freeplay building house problem! Help please!

Hey everyone,
I built a house (the third one) on sims free play. The problem is, it says it's 100 percent but it won't complete the building process.
It's stuck there, I can't even delete that house or cancel the action and start again.
Also, without this house done, I can't build another one.
I really want to add a few sims to the town and without houses it won't let me.
Is it a glitch? Can I fix it somehow?
I play on galaxy S3.
