Complete Your Set Discount Not Applying? Gurus Please Read!

Hey guys :P So here's the deal: I recently heard about the complete your set discount so I decided to buy the Club Vaidenburger Den + Study. Note that the den is currently on sale. I had 2575 Simpoints available to use. The set, costed me 900 Simpoints, even though it should have costed 600 (around that? It was in the 600's, less then 700). What's the deal? I want my Simpoints 
EDIT: Did the site forget to include the discount from the Sale on the Den set or is it a problem with the new feature? If possible gurus, can you please look into this and give me back my 200 Simpoints?
