How do you describe your building style, generally?: Older architectural styles. There are some gothic, victorian, ramshackle, and neoclassical houses in my studio.

Anything else you'd like us to know? You may use the lots from my worlds, but please do so sparingly and give me proper credit. If you find any Sims that you like in my worlds, I guess you can use some of them to slow inevitable onslaught of randomly generated npcs.

Anything else you'd like us to know? I do a lot more residential builds in my world. Most of the builds I do I don't put in the studio. I like to take floor plans for houses and recreate them in whatever world I'm playing in.

This is really cool. I don't use CAW, but I love the work people do with it. If any of my creations are helpful with that; then I hope they will enjoy using them.

wow...a bunch of new people! Sorry I haven't been here to update this lately, literally have been working double shifts for the last like 2 weeks...lol
alright, got them all added! flstrider, can I just link to your studio? Or, do you have a thread or website dedicated to showcasing all of your builds? This way, people can just just click one link from here to check out your stuff, because really this is a space for people to offer the use of their entire inventory of builds to CAW users rather than just individual lots. Plus it will help me keep the shoppe a bit neater if I don't have to link to each individual lot you decide to share.
Really cool looking stadium by the way! When I read No CC, I was like...no way! But then I realized that yes you could build that sort of thing w/o using any CC, I forget that stairs look just like bleachers lol

Anything newer in my creation thread will say if its got additional items that the exchange listing doesn't show (like world items). All my uploads are playtested before sharing and mostly have appliances upgraded, I do use MOO and sometimes CFE but I ensure it all works. There are very few sims or households in my studio, but you are free to use them if you wish.

I only have two lots in my studio, A nectary/market combo and a casino resort, both of which people seem to really enjoy. I'm definitely a beginner, though. I guess this is more of a go ahead for people who want to use them!

Cool thanks, there is a form on page one to fill out first though. Copy and paste that into a post and fill it out. Pics are not necessary, they just give people a visual. But if you want to learn how to post pix there are tutorials in one of the other forums.
