Forgot to mention... really like the upward curve of the porch roofing... adds a nice bit of flair
LOL Thank you soooooo very much! I was having issues with the roofing and I am so glad it turned out the way it did. I wanted that flair as all the Tudor's in our area have them that I have noticed.
I have several new ones. Each has its own thread, so I will link to those, and to the Exchange as well, for simplicity. Pics are included in the threads.
First are two lots created for @Aaronsims contest -
In this case, the park was designed by the same team of gnomes that built Seven Gnomes Amusement Park, which you can also find in my studio (not a new lot). If you look around Gnomeland, you might even see all of the gnomes!!
Hope you enjoy them, and please check out the rest of the studio! There are three, count them, three amusement parks in here, plus a fairground with a coaster, a small carnival, a really cool fountain plaza made for Bridgeport, an aquarium filled with fish and more, and some other nice lots! There are some cool animals as well - Pets variety - that aren't the usual cats, dogs, and horses! So, enjoy!

I do not have a wishlist as I now officially own the store. I have a thank you thread. Here is my Sims 3 page. My top 5 list can be found here (it is empty).
Very nice! It reminds me of the kind of house I grew up in except we never had a basement or wine celler. Dad stashed his bourbon under the kitchen sink. Congrats on your first exchange upload and hope there will be many more.
@meaganjo I made a comment on your other thread also. I just looked at the slideshow though and I want to move in! I love the Spanish contemporary feel that it has and the kids rooms are just adorable. It is definitely going in my new world and one of my families I play in rotation will move into this!

Sweet, thank you! I hope your Simmies like it as much as mine do!
@meaganjo That is amazing in less than a day. I can barely build a bathroom and kitchen in a day. I change my mind too many times in colors and then change tiles and cabinets etc Great job and it is on my fav's to use on a lot in my little world. I needed a few more small ones.
@NiniBeMe69 wow...very pretty. Love the two different brickwork patterns. Great visual punch. Yours is rec'd and on fav's as well. I like beach homes that don't necessarily look like beach homes.
I sure hope people keep posting as I'm finding so many lovely things here to use.

Thank you so much bekkasan! I couldn't believe I did it in a day either lol. I just had this picture in my head and I had to get it out. It usually takes a full day for a single room for me and some times 2 or more because I usually change my mind so many times. With this one I just wanted to keep it simple even if it didn't end up a starter as originally planned.
@NiniBeMe69 As I said before beautiful work! Already rec'd
