Plus many more fresh and right off the factory floor in my studio just pick whichever you like they also are not limited to the clothes they are on,can be used on many many tops and are unisex.No links needed as mentioned go to my studio pick what you like.
A large contemporary style home with 4 bedrooms - 3 with ensuites and the 4th is a nursery - open plan lounge and dining, together with a large kitchen. Also includes an unfurnished basement and 2 car parking spaces.
All this and it's built on a 30x20 lot at 21 Sweetwater Loop, Twinbrook.
If you were wanting more yard/garden space, then placing it on a 40x30 or 40x40 would allow for more space to place a swimming pool or play equipment for kiddies, fruit & vegetable patch, etc.
I found it very difficult to make a substantial community lot with the stained glass windows that Sims make using the new Artisan's Glassblowing and Jewelry Making Station from the Prism Art Studio Venue. My problem was the glass windows belong to the Sim and go into the Sim's family inventory.
I initially tried several ways of putting these windows into a commercial lot and each time the vanished from the lot and returned to the Sims's household inventory. In the end the only way I could get the windows to stay in the lot was to evict the Sim and put them into the trash. This isn't really a good way to play a game as deleting Sims can cause really annoying lag.
Then I decided to make myself a new house on a 10x10 lot and fill it with these stained glass windows. Then I deleted the Sim and saved the house to my library. Then I put it onto the Exchange.
Several people have already downloaded this little house and it seems to be working as intended.
It has many stained glass windows made by my Sim.
It is a 10x10 lot with a house with 4 levels above ground with stained glass windows in it and 4 levels of basement with stained glass windows.
There is some small living area on the ground floor that my Sim lived in while she was making the windows.
If you need to make more glass stuff the ground floor is set up for a Sim to live in and make more glass objects.
It is a residential property at the moment - but you can change that. There is no Sim in the house on the Exchange so you don't need to keep it on a residential property unless you need a Sim in it to make more glass objects.
I'd recommend making your new community lot on a residential lot if you need to have a Sim in the house to make more glass objects. Then when you have enough glass objects, save the game and evict the Sim and get them out of the game you are working in.
My idea was to have it in a corner of a larger lot that you want to build on and use the windows from this house in your build. Then when you are finished, delete this house from the lot.
I'd not put a Sim into it unless you really need to make more glass stuff as that Sim will probably own the windows and you'll have problems with them unless you evict the Sim and move them into the trash.
Note: If you put the windows into a residential lot, your Sims will probably have to purchase it furnished if they want the house to have the windows in it. Otherwise they'll probably have plain wall where the windows were when they move into the house.
I hope this idea works out. It seems to work with the quick build I tested it on and in these pictures. But only time will tell. It is all experimental.
BTW: There is no sim in this house. I loaded it to the exchange without a resident Sim.
Large, Modern, Beach house on stilts. Created for the little cove next to the Lonely Beach in Island Paradise. To place you need to demolish Crystal Water's Beach. Note: Not Lonely Beach, the one in the semi circle cove. It is a beach with only restroom, a picnic table, and BBQ. Demolish this lot,and place a 50 x 40 lot.
Coveted Cove comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 studies, a large main building kitchen/dining. The main building's upper floor is undecorated to for hobby/wish/entertainment items. The two side buildings are decorated as bedrooms with upper level studies, but could be used for anything! There is a detached garage on the grounds with a staircase into an expansive completely empty basement. This basement could be used for anything from a Secret Lair, Hero Headquarters, to Swimming pools, Entertainment, or secret rooms, passages, places to do magic, make alchemy, or anything your heart desires.
This is my first lot I have ever shared. I am also using it as a personal house. I got a little excited and forgot to take pictures before I added my chicken coop and bee boxes. They are matchingly decorated in the front left of the lot and can be easily removed if you do not have them or want them.
This home is easily customized to your likings. There are three buildings +garage +basement. The house buildings are each 2 floors and easily used for anything.
The buildings are attached via walkways. Each building has at least one deck. The rear of the buildings houses a moderate sized deck with boat moorings on either side. The list price of the house is 320k BUT the home includes the simmobile and super bike which could again be easily removed to knock the cost down by over 100k.
Note: Home's base comes from Sandy Beach, Surf Island and is heavily reworked/reconstructed Note: Home includes beds, bowls, and toys for a small and large dog
P.S. if anyone could tell me how to take clearer, better shots. In the Exchange my house looks like a muddle mess. It is awful!

It is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath, multi-car garage with horse, dog, and cat amenities. Pool, Hot Tub, Science room, Magic room, Nursery off master bedroom. Gym, Greenhouse, Art-room, Music room, laundry room, sauna, library/office, Large kitchen, beautiful cozy living room. Area for the kiddo's to play.

She's ambitious, childish, nurturing, a hopeless romantic, and handy. I made her as a twin sister for my sim Kamani. They are of Jamaican descent and were raised in Isla Paradiso, but Kina is moving to Roaring Heights to pursue her dreams.
Size: 20x20 History: Scala is an vibrantly colored building dating from the 1920s/1930s. This building was planned to be a jazz club with live music, and Scala still is a jazz club today. This 2 floor building offers a place for bands to perform. All styles of music are welcome, even though jazz is the mainstream music here. If you don’t play music, just sit down and listen to the songs. Don’t worry if you forgot to dress up, you can get all dolled up in the dressing room upstairs. At Scala you can have a drink or just hang around at the bar. The dance floor offers you the perfect opportunity to dance the Charleston or any other dances! The second build is a micro, mini loft build for Aricari's contest 'Small Space, Big Style'. It is called 'Lofty Dreams' and it has 1 loft bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan living, kitchen/ dining area and a garage. This modern loft is ideal for a young sim couple living and working in the city. It costs 58,377 Simoleans. I hope you guys will like it. Here are some pics:

I have tried several times to make a house with the "grand staircase".
I will admit I just cannot do it.
