I have two new builds that were done for a contest for Lovegood78. The contest required a one story mini build on a 10x10 using Base Game Only. Thankfully, there was no spending cap, lol!
Part of that was having computer issues, and eventually needing to reinstall. Not able to find my Sims 3 disk anywhere, I just went ahead and bought the version that comes with Late Night & High End Loft Stuff - neither of which I yet had.
So, now I am playing in Bridgeport, making a new Sim to be a Rock legend. But this being me, he's also a fairy. Of course, he'd say he's a wicked fairy, but really he's just a little moody.
Thing is, he's living in a high rise. He doesn't have a yard, much less a garden. So how in Hades do I place his fairy castle in a context that makes sense? Well, a corner of his loft, obviously. But it needs decorating.
Using the Enigmatic Tapestry wall decor from Supernatural and inspired by a classic interpretation of arguably the best known wicked fairy of them all (coming soon to theaters everywhere! ), the Malefic Tapestry packs a whopping 10 environment points. Now that's a statement!
Here you can see what Alberich LeFay has done with it, in his place, but you can use it however you like.
One small thing. After hanging this tapestry, Alberich hosted a party during which his living room fireplace started a fire in which his old friend, Pop Icon Lola LaBelle, tragically died. But surely that's just a coincidence. ...Right? :shock:
Just finished my first uploaded build, it's meant to replace the Busche School of Science in the University Town. Rabbit hole is functional, but there is a ton in this building that makes studying for Science or Technology degrees bunches easier. Also got quite a modern touch.
4. Description of entry:
i love my lulu (i did think of putting a little podge that she has) but then she looked at me with sad eyes and un did it so here is my RL dog lulu she is random in so many ways, when you take her for awalk she wont bark at other dogs! she likes to sniff branches and leaves we say she has gone green.....an earth lover, she is such a wonder gentle dog and gives you lots of love.

Before i my new owners found me i was a race dog called lady shaw, i was good at what i did but unfortunately when greyhounds reach a certain age of 4/5 we are never raced again after that, so we have no meaning for our previous owners and they make a pretty penny from us to, and after all that work most of us like myself are left alone and forgotten about.
This was my bed for 5 years of my life and in winter it was cold and wet, i hated it, but i think humans forget at times that animals have feelings to. we have coats but that dont protect us much
One day when my new owners was going to vets with their pet bird bilbo their taxi driver told them about some dogs (me and my siblings) that needed a good home, they thought about it when they got back and rang the guy back and he brought them to me, i didnt know what was going on at first after being passed around so much (i was originally born in Ireland) i thought nothing of it.
They brough me out of my kennel and gave me lots of love, i started running around them with my tail wagging making sure they knew i was happy and i wanted to play, and then we started have a little play around, they said i was full of life and just what they was looking for. i have to say it was love at first sight, but i didnt think they was taking me to their home so that i could call it my home.
I have me own bed now its alot more cosy then the last one and i have a proper roof over my head, when its raining outside i don't feel one single breeze, mainly because i am fast asleep snoring away dreaming about catching the squirrels that we find on the field they take me for walks on, they buy me many treats i love them all but my fave is when mummy makes me eggs in the morning then i jump on the bed for extra cuddles and fuss.
I even have a little furry brother bilbo but he shouts at me when i go near his cage....so i love him from afar

The Grotto (Remodeled)
No longer a hangout. The Grotto has been made over to a home. 4 bedrooms (3 have 2 double beds each), 4 full bathrooms, Large kitchen/dining area, living area, entry way, 3 car garage, rooftop patio, backyard patio, swimming pool, and photostudio (for my models) with small bathroom. Does contain CC.
I gutted the Modest Manse in University Town, and turned it into a duplex that can be rented out. I like the duplex idea because you can lock half your roommates on the other side and not worry about running into 'em much. There are actually 5 bedrooms, but one is in the attic so I didn't bother counting it. Each side is mostly symmetrical, and completely finished. Enjoy!

Since adding Ambitions back onto my game I've been trying to make a point of playing its content. I have plans for a firefighter in my next generation of my family so of course, MV needed a firestation!
Home of the Monte Vista Fire Brigade. Residents once complained that Hilltop Heights location placed more importance on protecting the structures within the walls of the town, but extensive emergency response time tests proved that not only is Hilltop Heights well placed to reach any location, but leaving the Fire Service at this location saved the town the cost of a relocation.

A very dear friend Mrs. Envira_x really loved The Campus in Oasis Landing and couldn't stand how she couldn't put it on a flat lot so what I did is somewhat recreate it from the ground up. I started all of this by taking several birds eye view pics and several pics at different angles to work back and forth from paint to TS3. It is not an exact replica but close enough to somewhat resemble The Campus, (mine is bigger) and of course I had to add my own flare to ensure that the build was all mine and not just a partial copy of EA's lol.

Hilltop Heights Fire Station
Home of the Monte Vista Fire Brigade. Residents once complained that Hilltop Heights location placed more importance on protecting the structures within the walls of the town, but extensive emergency response time tests proved that not only is Hilltop Heights well placed to reach any location, but leaving the Fire Service at this location saved the town the cost of a relocation.
CC free & playtested. Uses base game/WA/Ambitions/Seasons/UL/MS as well as world items from MV and store content listed on the upload.

No CC, No CAP, No Store content the few store items you see in the pics have been replaced with EP and SP items, Play tested and CUSTARD approved.

A very dear friend Mrs. Envira_x really loved The Campus in Oasis Landing and couldn't stand how she couldn't put it on a flat lot so what I did is somewhat recreate it from the ground up. I started all of this by taking several birds eye view pics and several pics at different angles to work back and forth from paint to TS3. It is not an exact replica but close enough to somewhat resemble The Campus, (mine is bigger) and of course I had to add my own flare to ensure that the build was all mine and not just a partial copy of EA's lol.
