I recently renovated Salim Benali's apartment in the Arts Quarters. I'd upload the lot if I could, but we all know we're unable to share apartments to the gallery. I hidden all of the TLC items on the lot to include the leaky pipes. electrical box, and mouse holes, by strategically placing all items in the home.
I also renovated the apartment next door. The original Caliente sisters live here. Nina is a critic and Dina is a social media specialist. The two sisters often work out of their office located in the corner of the apartment.
I've been checking out your builds on the past couple of pages and they are excellent! I really love the 🐸🐸🐸🐸 trailer!
I wanted to share a community lot for Sims 3 build I created recently:

20x30 Fire Station built in the style of an old lighthouse, sleeps 4 with kitchen, gym, showers and skilling areas. No 3rd party CC, uses poppies and pizza oven from Monte Vista. The lighthouse tower is empty so you can add your own personal touch to it.
This indoor arena has a halfpipe, a surfing pool, a soccer field, a basketball court, a roller skating rink, an ice skating rink - and that's just on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find a broom arena, a sparring rink, a bowling alley with a full arcade, rock climbing, a dance studio, a gym, and a decadent spa to help your sim unwind from all that action.
Montague Amusements has something for everyone. Ride the jaw-dropping roller coaster, or go for a leisurely cruise on the gondola. Kids love the carousel and adults can't get enough of the hot air balloon. Each ride takes a different color ticket, as indicated on the dispensers conveniently located near each entrance. For more adventurous sims, a green ticket will give you access to the whole park. Once you've had your fill of rides and games, don't forget to check out the rest of the park!
I'm sorry i know this is a builders thing but someone told me to ask the builders. i placed a parking space and it disappeared. I'm not able to delete it or anything! i tried to lower the terrain around it to see if i could find the block at the end but no such luck. I even enabled the testing cheats but they didn't help either please someone help i just got my house all built do not want to delete

Showtime private venue doubles as movie theater, with dressing/restrooms and snack lobby downstairs. Upstairs is a ballet and dance studio with karaoke room to practice and locker rooms. No 3rd Party CC. Store Note: The lot uses items from Le Cinema Plumbob, The ballet bar and dance mat from Stiff As A Board, Light As A Feather Dance Collection and the popcorn machine from the world of Wonder Carousel Collection.

@jaletu2005 Thanks I took them using the in game photography skill. I used a mod called pose player by Cmomoney, and ballet poses by spladom. For the children's studio I just took pictures of the kids using the ballet bar.
Hi guys, I just uploaded this house to the Exchange today. Move in ready!!! Hickory House, the furnished version. I was trying to make this house using base game objects only, but I think a few trees from Seasons slipped by me. I had uploaded a previous version of this house but it was not completely furnished or landscaped (since the original house was for a challenge where the houses needed to be under $40k).
@funkeeferret It is a lovely house! Just gave it a rec. I like the balcony on the back of the house. I can see Sims sitting out there enjoying an evening 'juice' and watching the sunset. Great job.

I can never find nice houses for Wright Way and I am not much of a builder. After years of avoiding those two lots, I decided to give one a try. 120 Wright way: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=9131069. The windows and the door are CC, but can be replaced. I am considering making a base game version for people who don't use CC. If I do, I will link to it. P.S. I would love to see other house for those lots. Preferably base game.

most of them are replaced without expansions - except for counter and hot tub
