Question for ANYONE who has uploaded lots recently! PLEASE help!

I am having a problem uploading lots over 1mb. I think it may be because of the speed of my internet, but i have a pretty fast connection.

I have cable internet, 7.0Mbps, its the middle number, according to my internet provider.

I am very dissappointed that i cannot upload any lots and i just wanted to know what everyone else has as far as type of internet, and speed to see if that is what is effecting my uploading capabilities.

I have emailed EA, but have yet to receive any help or suggestions from them or any simgurus.

I can post my DXDiag if needed.

ANY and ALL help is greatly appreciated.

What's your upload speed?

If you aren't sure you can go to http://www.speedtest.net and it'll run a quick test for you and show you your rate.

FWIW, I'm at about a 256k upload rate and I bomb out on my uploads at around a meg and a half or so.

I bomb out right at a meg.

The nearest server was 50 miles so i dont know how much that effects it but here's what i got. (all spanish to be, BTW)

Download - .74mbps
Upload - .12mbps
Ping - 41ms

I doesn't seem right.

Texas average upload is 1.22mbps.

I guess i need to upgrade internet?
