Options question

So when I play sims 3 I know I can change the options of story progression and aging. What I want to know is are the options different for each new game I start? I wouldn't mind trying the story progression out on one of my games but not on the other.

Does anyone know if its set for each game alone or are the otions just for all the games in general?

I believe you can change it for each save. Experiment and try it out.

The options are global and affect all saves. If you want to play a save without story progression or aging or whatever, you will need to make those selections before entering the save.

Likewise, if you are returning to your save with story progression, you will need to turn it back on before entering the save.
