    Own two homes, trying to sell the first?

    With the new patch installed, I had my Sim buy a piece of land so I could build a bigger home on it for my Sims. Only now, I'm not sure how to sell the original home and move into the other home. :oops: When I click on real estate it only shows the new home that I want them to move into. Does anyone know how to sell the original home and move into the new one?

      You can always try destroying the house piece by piece. Or just destroy when you edit town mode.

      Other than that I can't really think of anything else cause I don't think you can sell your house.

      Maybe try the move option on the phone to have your sims move to the new home and sell the old one. Or you could try going into Edit Town and evict your sims from their current home and move them into the new home.

      Don't know if any of the above will work but it's worth a try if you haven't tried those things already.
