Kementari's Builds

Someone suggested I open a thread when I build lots and to be honest I never really have because I am terrible at the written word lol

But I thought I would take a crack at it with this one anyways.

I wasn't sure what the etiquette was for how many pictures to include per post so I will leave you with just 4. You can see more on the download link and there are many MANY more pictures on my Blog SIMplicity

This home was built for a competition over in the GG thread. Hope you like it :)

If there is a part of the house you would like to see just let me know and I will post a pic of it for you. Thanks for taking the time to read/look :)

O.M.G.! Kementari, I saw this on the exchange and Rec'd it of course. I am so excited to see more pictures here! I love the ENTIRE build! Honestly! It's just gorgeous. I love the exterior roof lines and the colors and textures you used. Your interior color scheme is so soothing and complimentary of one another. The decorating is stunning! The whole house has that lived in feel! Really a gorgeous build! Good luck in that contest. I'm really glad I'm not competing against you, lol!

Your ranch house looks great! :) It was great to go on a tour of it with you on your blog and see it all! So many great rooms and areas to enjoy living in for our sims! Right from the front entrance it looks great how you have furnished the house! Nice foyer to greet sims as they enter the home. The Great room looks very warming with the colours and furnishings you have used. The photos on the walls here look great! The shades of colours you have used right throughout the house all look very nice. Very nice calm dining room to enjoy eating meals. It looks great how you have positioned the family room near the kitchen. The family room looks a comfortable place to relax and have a read. The pink roses is a nice touch. Great design of the kitchen. It looks good how you have the kids high chairs there and a nectar rack to have a drink. Great setting up of the media room. Sims would enjoy watching tv and movies here, and the grey colours of the seats looks very stylish. Great way you have done the walls of the media room, gym, wine cellar, and collections area. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms. The hot tub for the master bedroom looks very nice how you have done it and with it being near the window with the light coming in. The cubby house is great fun for the little ones to play in their own special area of the build. The seats are cute there, and great teacup ceiling light. Great patterns and colours you used there for the interior and exterior, and the little ones would also have fun playing on the playground equipment. Nice outdoor areas to spend time cooking, eating and relaxing out in the sunshine and air. Lovely pool and spa area! It looks great how you have designed this area.
it is a very nice home for sims to enjoy living in!

Wow! Thank you all for the awesome comments!

rosemow - Thank you so much for such detailed feedback, I really appreciate it.

So should I open a thread for all my builds in the future or just add to this one? Also what is the recommended amount of pictures to post, as you saw on my blog I tend to get a little snap happy lol

Your house looks very nice how you have furnished the interior :) It looks great how you have separated off the bedroom using the screen. It looks nice how you have the clock, candles and roses next to the bedroom window. Nice way you have done the curtains through the home. Great outdoors patio to cook on the bbq and enjoy eating and relaxing outdoors. The wall décor feature behind the lounger looks good and fits the theme of the build. Very nice way you have done the plants and rocks outdoors. It looks great how you have done the living room, with the fireplace in the corner, the Moroccan seating, and a great touch with the newspaper on the table. Great way that you have done the traveller feel with the furnishings you have used.
    It is a great build!

Kemantari, your one story ranch is amazing. I love the stone work on the interior, and the hollow tree by the pond in the front is just adorable. It's a beautiful home. Good luck in the contest.

Your studio home is precious! I especially love the porch, it would be so nice to sit out there and look out onto the beautifully landscaped yard. Simply gorgeous. And I love the giraffe :). It's one of my favorites, and I rarely get a chance to use it. It fits in so well with the theme of your home! Great job. I have rec'd both -- they are so awesome!

    That house! :>

I was wondering if you take requests? My Sim is about to move out of his mom's house and I don't have the time, nor the skill, to build a wonderful house.

Your Eco-Spa is very nice. :) It looks a very calm and relaxing place to come to. Very nice way you have done the plants through the build. The shades of brown, cream/beige and green colours that you have used look nice. Very nice hot tub area to relax in the hot tubs surrounded by the plants. It looks very nice how you have done them as flower baths. Great to have the café area to sit and enjoy something to eat and drink too. The wall patterns you have used look great. Great lobby reception area. Great presentation on your blog of the build, with the photos and accompanying captions to the photos looking and sounding very nice.
It all looks very nice and relaxing !

@gsdluver4. You know I have never been asked really for a custom build. I have a few things going on at the moment, but I might have time to make something for you if it isn't to big or you are not in a rush. What did you have in mind? If you can supply pics for the style of house you want and the style of decor you like that would be best. If you cant supply pics links will do.

@rosemow. Once again you are the sweetest person I know on here, thank you so much for such detailed feedback MWAH!

The sauna area, the massage area, the hot tub area and the coffee shop looks absolutely droolworthy! I am blown away by the beauty of your build. I can totally imagine this spa in an exotic land. A BIG recommendation from me. Hope you get a feature.

I really just need a cheap-ish starter home for 22,000 simoleons. You really have full control of what to build. I'm sorry for the tight budget, but I need a house, and I can't supply it.
