Routing issues with ceiling light from Nautical Living set...

Exactly what I stated above...
I used the "Rust & Candles Ceiling Light" above a Professional Dive Bar and a Barista Bar and NPCs will not work behind the counters (read: stamping foot/routing issue). It clearly shows up as a thought bubble above their heads - the light is blocking their path. Swapped out the lights and hey presto - no more routing issue!
Please fix?
