Free play mailbox money?

Hi I am not sure what is going on with Sims freeplay lately but basically I used to get my daily money via any mail box in my sim town but its been over a week with no money coming in! What's going on? Does anyone else have this problem?

Did you use a cheat of some sort (I.e. the time cheat to boost your money)? If so, that will permanently mess up your daily rewards in both your mailbox and on the party boat, and will also mess up your ability to collect from houses and other lots.
