How about Edit A World?

I don't want to go so far as to create my own worlds. I am just not that creative. But after a few EPs have been added, there are certain lots that I end up adding to EVERY game I start as well ad edits to lots that are already there (e.g. adding Late Night professional bars to all the hang outs).
It'd be nice to be able to just edit the worlds I have downloaded either from EPs or the store and save these edits as a world file rather than as a saved game file.
