    Trouble Signing Up for the Newsletter

    I am having trouble signing up for the newsletter. Is anyone else having this problem?

      Me too. Guess, TOO MANY people are signing up, so it lags?

      I can't sign up either. I fill in all the information but the Subscribe button seems to be broken.

      the same. I couldn't sign up either. I think it's probably due to overload

      Hey gang,

      The web team is looking into the issues with the Subscribe button rightthisminute. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.

      I was able to sign up by switching my language to the UK. For those of you having problems, try setting the language to your country at the link below then try to sign up again:
      http://thesims4.com/en_US/home

      And for anyone in the UK... well here's the page I was able to sign up from:
      http://thesims.com/en_GB/thesims4

      Just got an email from the web team. Subscribe button should be all fixed.
