Glitch?

I just recently got UL. I have heard it has lots of issues. My Sim's 2nd husband, Jared Frio, went to repair the dishwasher and got electrocuted and died. She then married husband #3 and she received a wedding gift from Jared! The funny thing was his picture wasn't a ghost like he is when she mourns his death. I know it isn't a big deal, but it just shocked me, like maybe he faked his death! Maybe living in the house with 4 women was too much! Ha ha!
