hair animation a must!!!! ability not to download CC from other sites for glassy eyes and natural skin, we need hair sliders and skin formations like scars and scratches and more or less freckles, more option to move the moles to the other side of the face, instead of having this feature in the Left side already, layered clothing, (it's already been done, in console version, The Sims 2 on PS2 and Xbox 360) and the ability to add flowers or take off hats or flowers in CASable hairs. Have create a style extended with creating sliders for your sims wardrobe-again this feature has already been done in console version, this should be implemented for TS4, tattoo's on the face, piercings on the face-without downloading CC from other sites to achieve this.
For TS4... Dare I suggest Young Adult/Adult/and Elder Sims should be able to WooHoo without being in a relationship.
Maybe add a "WooHoo on the brain" personality/action in Create-a-Sim.
Maybe a Child/Teen can get caught watching the "WooHoo Channel" or paging "WooHoo Website", And Sim Adults can either shame them or have a healthy discussion about it.
