I am however running into a problem with this world. Sims at the nectary are putting out messages like they are stuck. Not sure what they are trying to do. I've since removed the nectary in hopes that my game won't lag as much. It is still a rather nice town though.
If you have Twallan's Master Controller, you can reset the lot and see if that fixes it. I didn't encounter any routing issues with that particular lot, but the game sometimes has a mind of its own. Also, reset everything in the town once in awhile and use Twallan's Overwatch to remove the thousands of vehicles that accumulate to prevent lag.
