Welcome everyone! This is, as you can tell from the tittle, the Simergy Team Building Contest (STBC). A competition from the most advanced simmers in the community, to the newbies and begginers! There's no discrimination in here!
Let's start this off by telling you all the purpose of this!
In teams formed by no more than 5 people, you guys will need to complete building this house together!

Teams may be formed between you guys, or if you are just a newbie or don't know where to go, then you'll be picked randomly into a team depending on whether you think you're an experienced builder or not! As easy as that!
Each team member (grouped of 5) will have an assigned work to do. These will be 5 different tasks each one for each team member. These are explained more in depth down below.
I know this may all sound a bit complicated to achieve, but it's actually pretty simple! The first member of the group will have to download the shell of the house from my Exchange. Then he/she will start making his/her task, when finished he will have to upload the house again (through his account) and then the second member will download that. Then the same would happen on and on. For a much better communication between the contestants, each team will form a "Communication Thread" so that you could chat and even share some pictures to show the other members of the team the progress of the house.
The deadline for the official entry form is the 16 of June at 11:59 PM Buenos Aires, Argentina time.

* The use of CC, CAP or Store content is not allowed. Neither T-Mobile or Dr. Pepper items.
* The "No Store Content" rule would only be vanished if the whole team has a world an then picks it as a style. Then, only the standard items from that world would be available.
* EPs and SPs are allowed if all of the team members have it.
* Overall architecture of the house must be kept. Changes are allowed, but they must keep the basic structure of the house.
* Recolours are totally allowed.
* The placement of the house in a lot must not be smaller than the size provided.

*1st member* Builder: this person will be the first member to download the house and then start building upon it. He/she will be in charge of the main architectural design of the house, including outdoor painting, indoor planning of the rooms, doors, windows and exterior design. By exterior design I mean the main look of the house, shaping it to represent the style of building that was picked by the team.
*2nd member* Landscaper: this member is in charge of the garden and outdoor activities included with the house. He/she is the one that needs to make any terrain painting and leveling. Maybe adding a swimming pool, a gazebo, an exterior garage! He/she can do anything that is set on the ground. (Gazebos can be either built by the builder or the landscaper, as both of them are available to do so)
*3rd & 4th member* Interior Designers: these are the two responsible people that will be making the interior of the house look either old and rusty or modern and futuristic. Both of them will need to have a great communication through the created thread to divide their work. Maybe one of them does the 1st floor and the second one does the 2nd floor, or they could even divide in rooms. One thing that is important is that they won't be changing any indoor walls that the builder has created. Instead they would just do the indoor painting and furnishing. (If changing doors, windows or walls that the builder has made is really needed, then it is allowed)
*5th member* Presenter: the final member of the group. This person is responsible of the final touches of the house, including, routing issues, not-painted walls, extra walls added through the building task, etc. He/she can change minor details into the interior and exterior of the house, but keeping this at a minimum (unless there are a lot of routing issues) He/she is not only in charge of giving the final touches, he/she also needs to present and upload the house to the exchange. Taking pictures, giving a description to the lot, even making a slideshow, whatever that helps to present the piece of art the team has worked on. He/she is also responsible to hand in the house in time using the provided entry form.
*The finisher* This is an special task neutral people would take. If you don't really want to participate in a full time basis but want to help then you can do this! The finisher would be called to work if any of the team members of any group has dropped out or can't continue with their provided task. For example, if one of the interior designers can't continue furnishing because his/her computer died, then the finisher is called to action. Finishers may have to help more than one group if needed.
*The mentor* Another special task that are between the team members of the begginers groups. As these teams would be either newbies or begginer people, a mentor within those five members would be the best, right? Then, someone that has entered to (at least) 1 building contest would be perfect for this task. This wouldn't be the 6th member, but it he/she will have one of the assigned tasks. For instance, a mentor could be the builder of the group or the lanscaper, but he also needs to guide and give advice to the other team members. *TIP* I suggest the mentor of the group to be the presenter, as he/she could check any routing or missing info in the lot

I am a sims 3 Store Owner Thanks to all my Amazing friends here, and I do own all store stuff from sims 2 as well!
I expect the groups to be formed around the end of March. Then I would aproximate the deadline to the second week of May or so.
