How do you get roommates?

uhm, I'm probably missing something very simple, but...

My sims are renting a place of their own in UL, and they have a third room. How do I get an npc sim to move in and pay rent?

click on the phone , it should be under realestate roomie sevices , you need to enable it first then, go back to same place and pick how many and what gender, otherwise you will get 7 turning up.
