    CC randomly getting deleted?

    This is the second time this has happened to me in about a week and a half. The first time, I thought maybe I accidentally deleted it somehow, my launcher opened and it was just all gone.
    But now, I know it wasnt me. I opened my launcher, about a week after going through and downloading all my CC again, which took like 4 hours, and a few days later its all deleted again!
    Please tell me this has happened to someone else. Im so frustrated.

      similar thing happened to me... although I bet you've solved your problem by now since this is 6 years later

      Hi there. Is this a current issue for you that needs to be solved or something that happened long ago as well?

      This is the TS3 for Mac section of the forum. Are you playing the Mac version of TS3? I know many players have both games, but your recent posts suggest you are having this issue with TS4. The two games are very different from each other.
