De-authorize machine?

Is there any way to de-authorize a pc or laptop you don't even own anymore? I was not thinking about my Sims 3 when I trashed my old pc & laptops. Now I would like to download it on each of my 2 kids laptops but it says my authorizations are all used. I currently only have it on my pc and laptop. I've already purchased this game twice and even a few of the EPs, I really can't afford to do a third time so I'm hoping there is just some way to do this somewhere. The same goes for my Sims 2 Double Deluxe. My kids are missing playing these games.

On the Updates tab of the Launcher, there is a De-Authorize this Machine button.

Thank you, but I mean on a computer or laptop I no longer own.

I don't think you can deauthorize from another PC. You may have to call customer service to get this done.
