LE Pet Store disappeared

I haven't been able to find the LE pet store since I installed Seasons. It's in my purchases, it's downloaded (MANY times), and the file is clearly in my downloads folder. It even shows up in the correct folder on my launcher. But while in game using "Edit Town" the building is not showing up as a commercial lot or in the regular lots to be placed. Any suggestions?

edit: looked back at the expansion order. It disappeared with Supernatural.
