Cannot make new story?

Hi,
I want to start a new story in my media, but there are no actions to start a new story.
How do I start another? Because I can't see anywhere I can. I uploaded a picture slideshow for a competition and that's fine, but I can't do another.
Can someone please tell me how, and what I am doing wrong?
Or is it my page?
Any advice on this would be great, thanks!
