    Bold as the ocean's tide itself, this home lives up to it's name with chic style and contemporary living. Tide is 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths with open living space, dining, man cave, outdoor cooking and hot tub. Enjoy the elements as they titillate your senses. No third party CC or patterns. Some store content. Best placed on 10 Castaway Cove in Sunlit Tides.

      This is really sharp Kim. Love the bold style. Your cover shot and presentation are brilliant. I'm sure it will do very very well. Fantastic modern. Your decor is top notch. Rec and fav.

      Great build and i really enjoyed watching your video presentation of it. :) Thankyou for providing that tour of it. Great design of the build, and suits Sunlit tides well. Great furnishing of the interior. Great modern build. :)

      I have to aggree, very edgy and you always use lightening s to your advantage, your builds always have a impact and one is no exception.
      Still play sims 3? learn how to use CFE!!!

      Hey Kim,

      this caught my eye yesterday when I already Fav'd it. I love the exterior so much, it's going to be a great addition to my game and of course great interiors. I love the bedroom, with the splashes of red against the neutral walls with the soft blue stripes. That room works really well for me.

      Wow Kim!

      I love Tide! I'm a huge fan of wood on modern houses. It just helps a house blend into the natural environment better. I think you've done an outstanding job with this build. I noticed a lot of things that I have in my game but just scroll past (ever Pets, I haven't checked out all of the items that come with each EP and SP. I just install and play). I'll have to have a better looksy through my items. :)

      Again, you've done an outstanding job with Tide. Rec'd! :thumbup:
