Hey I have just started playing on my new laptop and I have installed sims and high loft stuff and sims pets and its lagging sooo bad, its so bad that even when i'm on buy mode it is taking ages just to place an item etc, I have all my settings on low, is there anything I can do?

- Tap (click) Desktop (box with flowers.
- swipe right side (cursor to upper right) and tap (click) magnifying glass
- enter dxdiag in search box and tap (click) the magnifying glass
- with apps dxdiag.exe should appear on the left tap (click) it.
- click save all information
- click desktop
- close the dxdiag app tap (click) red x
- double click (double tap)the file on your desktop (dxdiag) this should open notepad
- click edit
- click select all
- click edit (again)
- click copy
- open browser and surf to the post
- click reply (this should open a text box)
- right click inside to text box
- click paste (your dxdiag should now be in the reply box)
- click submit

Also, there's a cheat you can use to reset all the sims in town. Sometimes when a random sim gets stuck en route, it can cause lag. The cheat is "resetsim *" without quotations.
Also as the other person says the overwatch mod is good.
But all in all you need a better processor, I don't know about your graphics card as I'm an nvidia person.
