      Hello!

      I am actually back again!! This time I bring a new unnamed Dutch Colonial Work In Progress. I am really enjoying it because it will most likely be my sims family's home for Seasons! I hope you all enjoy!

      Will, that is so pretty :D I love the roof and the red colour used on the siding. I'll definitely follow the progress of this one :wink:

      Will this gorgeous and I agree, it will look perfect through all the seasons. Quite fond of these dutch colonials aren't you. Not surprised, you do them really well. Can't wait to see what you do with the interior.

      Wow! This house is so nice! The landscaping is really pretty, but not too over the top. And I really love those dormers!

      aricarai - Hi Arica *waves back* for the small pictures, I just took the thumbnails of the covershots on photobucket and put them into their own album so I wouldn't have to resize them on my own. Of course I could have just done that as well but it takes a little while longer. :wink:

      KylieS21 - I am certainly fond of them. :wink: They definitely are my current favorite style of home, mostly because I am obsessed with the Hamptons right now. :mrgreen:

      Hello Everyone!! :mrgreen:

      I know this is not that big but I have completed a quick roller and ice skating rink and though I would share it with everyone. It is pretty simple and changes from a roller rink in the spring/summer to an ice skating rink in the fall/winter. I hope you all enjoy it!! :D:D

      Will Pinebox cottage came out beautifully. I love the laid back contempory interior. Expecially what you did with the sitting rooms. Fantastic. Rec from me.

      It turned out great, Will! I love the range of colours and patterns you used. I'll definitely recommend this one :)

      The roller/ice rink is also a nice build. I find that it's often nice to take a break and go for something simple - hence the number of 1br/1ba lots appearing in my studio lately! :)

      Your Pinebox cottage is great :) Very nicely furnished inside and great work on the exterior. Great outdoors work with the flowers/plants, and i like the way you have done the music room and that nice touch of the ivys in a box/plants at the top of the stairs. Great home :)
