Cant register showtime

I've never had a problem before with registering a game, as you can see i hve all the eps on my mypage, but after buying showtime off of origin on 11/5/12 I tried register it and it says

The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.

I have reentered the code several times and it never worked I know i am entering it right.

Is there a way to get a new code that will work?

Since thesims3.com and Origin accounts are linked, you should not need to manually register games bought off Origin. It should show up automatically on its own. Wait a day or two and see if it does, and if not, contact Customer Service.
