Store website and in-game store won't work properly

I've been trying for days to get into my store account to see my purchase history but couldn't access it. Every time I would click on my account it would ask for my password and when I type it in, it just loads and goes back to asking me my password again. Someone said I can access it through in-game which worked for me so yay for that. Now I'm trying to buy points so I can buy gold Sunlit Tides but it won't let me. It keeps saying status report: Illegal access every time I click on next after selecting which bundle I want. I tried getting on Origin and contacting EA but it keeps saying it's unavailable for the past 2 days. The gold sale ends in 2 days. Is someone on here available for help since apparently I can't contact EA at all?! I'm trying to buy $40 worth of points here and I don't want to miss out on the sale. It's frustrating!
