Problem in CAS after 1.38

So finally I was able to install that patch, only to find CAS doesn't work.
1st, the hair won't even show up. When I click on hair, it zooms in on the sim but no hair tab comes up.
2nd, I tried reopening CAS, to find 10 slots of where a sims head should be when you create them. They were all blank.
I do not use mods. I cleaned all my cc out. What is the problem? Thanks for the help.
