While I am a blonde I think I am starting to overuse the word as a cover for those (getting worse by the day-) "senior" moments I prefer to try and ignore as if they don't happen at all
I forgot all about posting my latest DNA collaboration with @soocoolsim. It's a DNA request from @LiaNicole1, who wanted a live venue/casino/recreational center all on one lot. @soocoolsim created the building shell and landscaped the lot (check out the cool sign she made out front), and I decorated all of the interior spaces.
La Paloma Blanca means "The White Dove", hence the doves you see on the sign, lol. The interior spaces are luxurious and glamorous with a purple theme (based on her inspiration photos), while the rec center is more modern.
The main floor consists of an entrance lobby with fountain, a music stage with seating, a bar with professional bar and bubble bars, a dance club with DJ and stereo. The casino takes up the whole 2nd floor and features slot machines, blackjack, roulette and poker tables and a professional bar. Downstairs in the basement is a full rec center with plenty of things to do: bowling, a basketball court, rock climbing walls, a pool, skee ball, basketball free throw machines, arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard and soccer nets. There are restrooms on every floor and there are showers in the rec center bathrooms. Per her request, there is a parking lot in the back and separate entrances that lead down to the rec center.
La Paloma Blanca is a very lovely and elegant live venue/casino/recreational centre build! It is so very special! Very lovely exterior design and roofing! The towers and domes are very great! Very nice windows, statues and lovely water fountain features! The sign is great! Very beautifully furnished interior areas! The purple colour is lovely! It is such a detailed build! There are so many special activities for sims to see, watch and do! The dance floor area is great! Very nice indoors pool, basketball, games, rock wall. bowling and arcade machine games recreation centre areas!
It is a very detailed and special Collab between the two of you!

La Paloma Blanca is stunning, not sure as to why I am just now coming across this insane build! The exterior and interior detail is incredible adding a tremendous amount of realism. Especially with it being such a large build, I cannot imagine how long this took.. You and @soocoolsim work very well together!!

This beachside park has plenty to do for all ages. Even though this park was created for Roaring Heights and has an art deco theme, it will fit in other worlds as well - Sunlit Tides, Isla Paradiso, Sunset Valley, etc. [NOTE: For those that place this in Roaring Heights - subway stops will need to be added to the world since there are none of those in that world.]
The main feature of the park are the two roller coasters. The main one twists around the whole park with lots of loops and drops, and a smaller one just for the kiddies is located near the beach side.
Other fun things to do include a carousel, a children's playground, chess, horseshoes, hotdog eating contests, a firewalk, a gameroom and a bronco ride. When you get hungry we have food stands, snack carts, vending machines, and a restaurant (with indoor and outdoor eating space). There are also two bbq's with picnic tables if you want to make your own food.
Don't forget to visit the face painting booth, the kissing booths and our two photo booths before you leave.
For your convenience, there are public restrooms located in the central part of the park, a subway near the roadside and access out to the beach. Along the beach there are lounge chairs with umbrellas, a fire pit and a children's slip and slide.

Oceanfront Roller Coast Park is very lovely! It is a very detailed park with lots of activities for sims to have fun doing! The rollercoasters look so very great! Very pretty blue and pink colors! The string lights and water fountains are very nice! The layout is great! Very nice outdoors and interior dining areas.

Your Oceanfront Roller Coast Park is gorgeous and before i noticed you wrote it was built in RH that's exactly where my mind was going for placement of the park as the colouring/style will fit so well there..I also really like how you have managed to balance the lush greenery along with the sandy looking flooring inside the park itself. I was wondering if that was a little fishing spot you had added as well? The whole park is perfectly decorated and coordinated download and rec..
Last quick question. I might be a bit of a numpty here but why why do we need a subway spot if the lot is placed in RH as i cannot actually see one in the park itself unless I have missed it?

Thanks very much Sparky for your nice comments. No, the little pond area next to the outdoor seating doesn't have any fish in it - actually it didn't occur to me to add any fish since it was so small, lol.
Oh I put the subway underground and the stairs sit at the right front corner of the lot. And the reason this lot has a subway is because the requester asked for that. You may not have seen my "note" in my description, but I mentioned that subways would need to be added into the Roaring Heights world for my subway to work of course. I guess for those that don't want a subway in that world, the stairs could easily be deleted and covered up, lol.

Wonderful work with Oceanfront Rollercoaster Park @Sandraelle . Sims will have a blast with all the activities so well placed throughout the lot. I love the use of the boardwalk which bridges the grassy and sandy areas so nicely, and how you integrated the curved pieces. You nailed this theme! Will download and take a proper look around when next I’m in game. For now off to rec 🌼🌟

Wonderful colors you choose! They will look perfect in RH! Love the detail you put into all the little things down to the actual walkway! It seems to have a full day of fun for the simmie families, even down to a toddler potty!
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to catch up on your builds. You and @soocoolsim have certainly been rocking the collaborative lots. Absolutely love the Charming Castle Manor and La Paloma Blanca. They're both so very creative and detailed - and perfect, as always.
Your coaster park is wonderful, too. Perfect colors for RH and for spring, too. You always do such a great job laying out this type of lot and add so many fun things.

This lot was created as a DNA request for @LOULIGHTFOOT1976.
This beachside park has plenty to do for all ages.
