New Lot: Brownstone Duplex

I've uploaded a new lot to the Exchange. It's a duplex in a brownstone style. Both sides are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each side has its own fenced yard, and is decorated differently from the other. It should be good for a couple of small families or perhaps a legacy with the heir family on one side and a spare family on the other.
I feel pretty good about this build, as I can see my own improvement from my earlier builds. (I never did much building in Sims 1 and 2, so I'm pretty new at it.) Please download it and enjoy it! Feedback is welcome (so that I can improve).
