Wow I love your house :D Do you have any pics of the inside and do you plan on uploading?

The inside is a mess
I just placed random stuff in there so the sims could live in it

And no I'm not going to upload it, sorry  I just don't like uploading houses. Plus there is a lot of expansion and store stuff in there.

The Pleasant twins are children now :D
Can't wait for the the next stage, TEENS
I'm also going to add a horse, the twins look like horse lovers to me

Here is a small park I built on the lot at 45 Paradise Circle. I wanted a park that had a wishing well and wedding area all in one. I hope you like it. :)

Aeroprincess87 I love the way you put the palm trees by the wedding arch and that your wedding area is so light and beautiful. Great job! :)

Thanks :) I can't wait to have my sims get married there. They just got engaged at the Hidden Fishing Hole.

    Wow! I had a hard time finding this thread again. {bookmarked it just now}

K so, I was gifted this one and decided to start taking pics of the lots for other simmers out there like me who want to see all the empty houses and such that came with the island. I also made note of the furnished and unfurnished prices. I will go back and take some more pics a little later this morning after I've served breakfast and had some coffee.

    Firs up:
    The Hotspot (community lot/hangout)
    Furnished $44,405 / Unfurnished $22,361

    Equatiorial Abode (residential)
    Furnished $13,568 / Unfurnished 9,141

    Sanctuary (residential)
    Furnished $174,192 / Unfurnished $96,545

This is not my creation, but I added it to my game last night and love it so much I have to share it:

    <a href="http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=6273536&quot; target"blank">Beach Blanket Bungalow</a> by Ruthless_KK

I put it on a much larger lot than necessary so it's perched right on the beach. I highly recommend it for ST. :)
Did you put it on the Lot called 'The Sandy Beach'? That's where I put it, the home is pretty awesome and I can't wait for Seasons so that my sims can enjoy living right on the beach even more.

So, I've found by watching Quxxn's review that this world has my idea home lot for my superstar sim from Sims 1 that I want to re-create when we get Seasons. She's gonna be a vocal legend (my first, lol) and she's gonna be so famous that she wants an isolated house by the beach where there's not many neighbors around. When I saw the new rabbit holes and the really "tropical" feel of the world I knewit wouldn't be as good as I had hoped.

I've considered playing 2 save files of this world. One as it is, and another completely remodeled as a tropical island city, adding in LN lots, ST lots and the works. My only hang up right now is those roads. Do they look really sandy in the game? or is it like a sand pavement? Redoing this world would be probably the most challenging of the ones I've done yet. Right now SV is a under construction mess. LOL I'm making it more real tho by putting in some "construction" objects on the lots with dark dirt to make it look and feel real. This way I can play with my designer.

However, I may change up my gameplay and have her move there when she's "over the business" lol.

You're welcome. I've put it in Sunlit Tides now and it looks fab.

I'm really struggling to make a fire station and clubs/bars. Anyone made any that would suit?

Thank heavens EA has done a nice job with the houses. They are much better than their usual standard and most of them are nicely decorated and furnished.

I built a Modern Tropical house for Sunlit Tides.

It's totally CC FREE but does contain items from various EPs, SPs, and the Sims 3 Store.

Just curious does anyone know whether Lazy Gamer has mentioned whether he plans on doing a review for this world?

Beautiful work everyone!! I love the way everything is so clear so you can really create some fresh new things for this world. Keep the cool lots, etc...coming so when I get ST I can fill it with all of these new places and people. Plus with Supernatural coming out I think these forums are really going to see some creative stuff!!

Sharing Screenshots of my sim, Selena Estavez and a Pre-made sim, Gilberto Gonzalez getting married :)

    Screenshot-31.jpg

This was when they began dating <3

    Screenshot-12-2.jpg

And this is one, of the 3 children they have together. His name is Josiah Estavez, and he is a twin. (what made skeptical about this one, is that Josiah's twin, Gilberto Jr. is a bleach blonde and neither one of his parents have blonde hair) weird lol

    Josiah Estavez:

    Gilberto Estavez Jr.

I don't have pictures of their 3rd child. Her name is Maria Estavez, and she was just born when I decided it was time to take a game break. Well, hope you guys enjoyed my sim-family.
