I thought the athletic career place was perfect for a gym, with that running track on it, so I've been working on that and will change the actual gym that EA made into something else.
Where's that skirt from? It doesn't mention it as a store item in the download of the sim but I don't recognise it from an EP. Maybe from sweet treats or diesel as I don't have those.
Oh my gosh! I love all the screen shots! They're all so beautiful! But I don't know if I wanna buy the world, not really sure? I think I wanna save my money and buy later, but I'm not sure, it looks so great!
ah sigh...I can't get it until monday and I also have a lot of remaking left to do in Lucky Palms. And school's starting soon. I need to stop working so much ^^

I have Twallan's mods installed and I was shocked to see a townie pick up the Magician career since I also had absolutely no showtime venues installed in this world. Where did EA add Showtime into Sunlit Tides?
Ok, got it working! The exchange hates the tiki set items, it seems, so I replaced the screen with a different one. But it's now working! Oh, and before I forget, there's no cc in this one. (or any of my studio)

Really leaning toward buying now but am 50 pts short of being able to buy the gold edition and while $$ is not an issue in buying more points I hate having to buy a big package when I only need 50 pts!! Oh well I'm sure I'll spend the left over points on something!

I don't plan on adding any of the Showtime or Pets lots because I will simply not use them in this world, in fact coming to think of it I probably wouldn't use any of the Ambitions lots (expect possibly the Salon) in this world either ...I just think a Junkyard might ruin the tropical getaway illusion :P
I just made a salon (spa) for Sunlit Tides since I didn't really like the compactness of the Serenity Retreat. It was inspired somewhat by a spa I went to in Jamaica, so I wanted to give it a bit of a jungle feel. It has massage huts, two sauna rooms, two jacuzzis outside, and a food register. I put it on the 64x64 lot at 2 Cove Road.

I'm thinking of making a Salon/Consignment Store/Laundromat. And then I'll take the massage tables, hot tub & showers and put them onto the day spa lot. The Serenity Retreat is a nice building, but it's wasted on just a bunch of massage tables & one hot tub.
I'm also going to move the police station onto the military base, or vice versa. That will free up one large lot. That was a good idea, umm, that other person had to make the stadium lot a gym as well.

I put it on a much larger lot than necessary so it's perched right on the beach. I highly recommend it for ST.

I just put blewis's casino/hotel in place of the gym and it looks awesome there (I made the sports place a combined rabbithole/gym instead). I added the sauna and massage table down in the basement of the hotel, also finally treated myself to the gambling PC. Thanks again, blewis, it's a fab casino.
