I am wondering why, when I have Simpoints and download the items USING those Simpoints, I still have to "buy" it in game??? Never have seen that in a game. Play Second Life, ROM, and a few others, SL, being a bit different, but if you pay money for something I don't feel I should then have to pay for it in the game. I already paid for it once prior. Thanks!

you buy the content for your game on this site.
then you go in game and play, your sim want a new sofa, so your sim have to buy it using their simloans.
When buying the sofa ingame you don't use your money.
Your sims have to pay for it, otherwise the game wouldn't be much fun :P I think it's too bad they don't have to pay for a new outfit like they had to in Sims 2.

2. I don't mind paying for it, just feels like, as I thought I had to spend the simoleans in-game, that I was "paying" for it twice. That kinda sux if so. Another user said your simoleans are not used. Gonna see what happens.
3. What is the motherlode?!??!?! LOL
Thanks for all the answers, everyone!
