    A 70's inspired contemporary made for a soul loving man and his diva girlfriend. One bedroom home with two baths, bar, outdoor entertainment including pool and hot tub, office space, man cave and subtlely decorated in a 70's palette with a modern twist. Plenty of space for entertaining friends. Lot weighs in at 198,163 simoleons. NO Third party CC. Some store content and most EP's and SP's are used.

      It's a gorgeous home, Kim! :) I will watch the video later, just arrived home, and wanted to check the forum quickly, and cannot resist, had to reply :D But I really like the pictures you posted here, the bar's colours are perfect, and also love the desk! :)

      Nicely done Kim. I really like the modern lines and the openness of the carport (vs a garage). ^_^

      I've commented elsewhere but I really love the colors you used here. It definitely says 70's but with a modern edge. I love the funky combinations you chose as well. They are perfect for the lot.
