The Days we've Laughed

The Nights we've cried

The Love we've given

The Fears we've soothed

Life Is: All

Friendships we've made

Wisdom we've learned

Kindness and Empathy we've shown

Sympathy we've offered

Prayers and help given

Life Is:

The memories, a certain smile, an eyes' twinkle

It's not our success or failures, our wealth or lack of.

Who we knew or didn't know, or even who we are

It's the Imprint we leave on hearts and minds,

Long after we are gone.

Believe me RJ when it came to me I was just sitting here thinking of all of you and wondering how everyone is doing, and missing those of you I hadn't seen on the forum for a while, as well as feeling hugged by those I have seen on the forum while my kitty was going through her surgery and all of that. My heart swelled with gratitude for having you all in my life, whether it's been a little or a lot - everyone in their own way has left their essence and imprint in my heart and on my soul. It just had to come out as a sort of gratitude for all my friends here on these forums. In more times than I can count almost anything I have gone through over the last several years - it was all of your guys there pulling me through. Sometimes all I really have are words, so I am glad when it touches all of you wonderful, wonderful friends.

I truly care about so many of you as if we were all family and by golly people should know when they have made a difference in somebodies life.

Big hugs to you my dear friend. Now you go and get healthy again. Just being there is okay and I often think I can feel RJ lurking even if you don't say anything. It is all good.
