Even if you are starting over I'm still snitching all your Cape's cause that style is just so fitting for BB! I'll still be watching for more!
Thanks very much :-) She was to fill out the plant sim quoto for BB :P Now I have all supernaturals apart from ghosts and IFs because they just annoy me
I'm so glad you like my BB builds! I hope you enjoy having them in your game xx
The Riptide is a very nice home! Very nice exterior of it! The texture that you have used for the exterior looks great. It looks great how you have done the roofing! The flowers and hedge fencing around the edges of the home look very nice! The greenery archway entrance to the property looks so nice and great type of fencing that suits well the build. The type of front door that you have used looks great. It is nice that you have done the sectional sofa seating alcove in the front hall for sims to enjoy sitting there. It looks great that you have created a passage way doorway where sims can pass through between the two bookcases to go through to another room. Very nice living and dining room. Nice types of seating that you have used. The pattening of the dining seats looks nice. . It looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the windows through the home! Sims will have very nice views of the outdoors and enjoy the sunshine coming in. Great design of the kitchen. Sims will enjoy eating at the breakfast table there. The daffodil on the table top is nice for sims to be greeted with and see when dining first thing in the morning. Nice texture of the kitchen walls. It looks great how you have placed the kitchen windiws. Sims will enjoy looking outside through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals.it looks great how you have placed the plates shelves ! Very nice shades of colour and patterns that you have used in the bedrooms! Sims will very much enjoy sitting relaxing on the chairs in the landing area and look out through the windows at the views! It is great that you have planted a garden of perfect quality plants.
It is a very nice home,
I will look forward to seeing your progress on your new makeover of Barnacle Bay
Rose, thank you for these beautiful, generous, and thoughtful comments! xx
I understand your wanting to start over. After adding venues and more homes my neighbourhoods irritate me by having no set pattern.
But your buildings seem perfect already so I'll be very interested to follow your improvement on perfection.
P.S. Rec'd and downloaded.
Thanks for the rec' and I hope you enjoy the house! Yes, it was pretty much that - everything was just a bit of a mess. You're so kind about my builds! I'm very fond of all of them because they were fun to make; I just feel like I've got much better at the style and know more what it is I'm aiming for now.
Hi GC, Fisherman's Cape finished up Beautifully! I love the front entrance with the steps leading up and all the private little seating areas. The interiors look refreshing and lovely too. Rec'd.
Riptide is an Amazing likeness! Such a Gorgeous home. I could move right in, lol! Beautiful layout and lovely serene colors for this pretty home. The view from the landing is stunning. Oh to have that in real life... Rec'd.
EDIT: Silly me! I didn't read further on down the page. Scrap the whole of BB?!!! You are crazy girl! Thank you for the very kind comment about the cemetery.
Truly though, I do get where you're coming from. It will be so cool to have a downtown area that is cohesive to the architecture and yet functional for the simmies. Plus now you have all that knowledge from the first remake of the town. I just know this will be nothing short of STUNNING, once it's finished. Please keep us updated with your progress.
Aw, thanks so much for these beautiful compliments!
Haha, yes, I do crazy things sometimes :-) I'm definitely taking your cemetar. It's so pretty and it's also quite remote so it 'fitting' in with surrounding builds isn't going to be an issue.
You're so sweet to be supportive! Yes, I do feel I've learned a lot, especially about rooflines and about how to landscape family homes xx
but how did you made it look like a window on a basment wall... like fundation....
Oh sorry I was having a sleep moment!
I used cfe. I replaced the foundations with a wall of the same height. Then I 'dug out' the area underneath, lowering the floor enough to make a full height room.
The white area sloping up to the windows is actually a floor tile, transitioning from the lower floor height to the higher one.

ZooProfessor actually just asked me about this! What a coincidence I am a little busy right now to commit to anything at a set time so I've said maybe around October.

an thats a little funny... 2 peopel 1 thought.... I did see har ask (just as I was about to surgest her that she asked you... but hadn't yet)
Thanks to a new friend, I've been browsing through www.ethanallen.com. All of their fabulous paintings inspired me finally to try out aminovas's tutorial for creating custom cc-free artwork using S3PE.
A landscaped shell - no room divisions, stairs, or furnishings. There is a back porch and a single-car garage. The upstairs features sloped ceilings and dormers so be sure to play-test carefully if you are using that level. No CC - checked in Custard.
If you would like to upload a furnished version to the exchange, please get my permission first.
The artwork that you are creating using S3PE looks so very nice!
Rowan House is a very nice home Great exterior of it! The roofing is great! Nice textures that you have used for the exterior. Simmers will enjoy downloading and furnishing it.

Oh those courses are great! There's a tomb building one I keep meaning to look back over. I think they already did a cfe one though?
