Random Olympic medals appearing in CAS?

I haven't even downloaded medals; but in CAS, my necklaces keep changing to a gold or silver American Olympic medal?
I ran the update 2 days ago, downloaded 2 pieces of CC from the Store today, and I've never seen these before, until today.
Where are they coming from?
