I went into NRaas Retuner and reduced the chance of UL protests being spawned by NPC's to zero for each day of the week and made the UL podiums only usable for education activities autonomously and allowed the protest actions on them to be only user-directed so these annoying protests wouldn't keep making sims lose their jobs.
