HELP....House...how do i build?

How do i build a house without makeing a character? I want to build a house first, furnish it and then move them in. How do i do that? Also how do you move a family out of a house to a new house?

When your over looking the town, click Edit Town, accessed through the (...) button. This way you can build a house and then move sims into it.

you have to click the 3 dots and then click edit town. then just click on an empty lot and then click on the circle that says buy/build.

idk about the seacond one except evict them maybe. you do that the same way, in edit town just click on the house and then click on the cirlce that says evict
