I really doubt it is a spa because the Spa was the main selling point of Hidden Springs - so it would be redundent to make a separate spa and take away from folks getting Hidden Springs to get the Rejuvenating spa. At least in my opinion anyway.
But we haven't had a Hotel and many have been asking for one - that would be all new - or an aquarium either so I would guess one of those two things. There was a rumor back before ST came out that a Aquarium was being worked on, as well as a zoo and a circus. It might have been all rumor or wishful thinking - but it also might have been real and something the design team were working on. As that definitely does not resemble a zoo or circus, it might be an Aquarium though. Sort of resembles one I saw some years ago.

I'd love to see a diving board too but now that I think about it, it would upset lots of people if something so wanted ended up in the store as PC. However the Casino and Aquarium ideas look more likely. And i agree that this one looks like both and def more like the latter. I still feel though that it would need more than 2 PC to make this work as it should.

Both fit into Sun, Surf and Sand and both have PCI's mentioned in old survey's.
And I woldn't mind either since it means we either get more pool stuff or an type of open restaurant.
