Crashing to desktop when traveling to france

i've been having an issue when traveling to world adventure locations. I have all expansion and stuff packs. Currently 100% Updated. I can visit each location once then when trying to return the game crashes to the desktop. Mainly having the issue with france anyone have any ideas of possible fixes that I can try to be able to enjoy the locations more than once
