why can't i upload sims and lots on exchange

Hey simmers, i've been having problems trying to upload my sims and lot onto the exchange, both my sims are under 43mb and my house is under 50mb and they won't upload but i've seen loads of people uploading over 80mbm it's so annoying. anyone figured out the solution? i don't wanna upload cc'less sims
