I'm having a problem with the sims3,

there is a problem with the disc authorization..
every time i want to play it,
after the intro,,,the words " insert disc,,blablablablabl"
but the disk is inside

help me!

Your DVD might be dirty inside or it needs replacing.
Dirt colects on the lens reader need cd cleaner the brushs will sweap off dust build up.
