    No problem taking my money, BIG problem providing the goods!

    My Store account balance is now $0.00 About 30 mins ago it was $40.00. Purchased 4000 Sims Points. NO POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT but you took the money! Thanks EA

      Did you ever get your simpoints? I almost had the same problem. Mine finally appeared 10 minutes later. :?

      I am having the same problem! my bank later released the funds, but i just tried again last night and the same thing happend! I tried talking to an EA help desk agent and all she told me to do was to talk to my bank because they have no record on me purchasing anything...which is why i was talking to her in the first place. I am going to try and keep pressing the issue because I want my simpoints!
